All orders are processed and inspected at our Bengaluru studio within 24 to 48 business hours of placement. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are queued for the following business day.

We partner with Tier-1 express air carriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC) to guarantee swift, dependable transit:

• Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• North-East & Remote Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES & THRESHOLDS

We provide FREE SHIPPING PAN-INDIA on all prepaid orders exceeding ₹999. Orders below ₹999 incur a nominal, subsidised flat shipping fee of ₹99.

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, you receive an automated WhatsApp update and email confirmation containing your courier name and Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number. You can also check real-time progress anytime via our dedicated Track Order portal.
