1. 7-DAY EXCHANGE & RETURN WINDOW

We want you to love how your Noble Souled garments fit. If the silhouette, chest proportion or size isn’t exactly what you wanted, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.
• Original brand hangtags and size labels must remain securely attached.
• Garments must be packed in their original protective bag.
• Items purchased during clearance liquidation or marked “Final Archive Sale” are eligible for size exchanges only.

3. DOORSTEP REVERSE PICKUP PROCESS

Once your request is logged, our logistics partner will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup within 24–48 hours across 19,000+ serviceable pin codes.

4. REFUND TIMELINES & SETTLEMENT

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garment, refunds are initiated within 48 hours:

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original bank account, UPI ID, or credit card within 3–5 working days.
• COD orders: We will request your preferred UPI ID or bank account details via a verified WhatsApp link.
