To measure the shoulder, chest, and length of a regular fit T-shirt, follow these steps:

Shoulder Width:

1. Lay the T-shirt Flat: Place the T-shirt on a flat surface, smoothing out any wrinkles.
2. Measure Shoulder Seam to Shoulder Seam: Measure the distance between the seams at the top of each shoulder. If there are no seams, measure from the highest points where the shoulder naturally falls.

Chest Width:

1. Lay the T-shirt Flat: Ensure the T-shirt is flat and smooth.
2. Measure Armpit to Armpit: Measure across the chest from one armpit seam to the other, keeping the tape measure straight.

Length:

1. Lay the T-shirt Flat: Ensure the T-shirt is flat and smooth.
2. Measure from Shoulder to Hem: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neckline) straight down to the bottom hem.

These measurements will give you the key dimensions needed for a regular fit T-shirt.
